Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the website csuiteaiacademy.one and the general framework for executive education services offered by C-Suite AI Academy Pte. Ltd. ("Academy", "we", "us"). By accessing the website or enrolling in programmes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enrol.
Corporate clients may execute separate master service agreements. Where a signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract prevails for that engagement.
2. Services description
The Academy delivers executive education seminars, workshops, and facilitated briefings relating to artificial intelligence strategy, governance, and leadership. Services are informational and educational. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, audit services, regulated technology implementation, or guaranteed business outcomes. Participants remain responsible for decisions made within their organisations.
3. Eligibility
Programmes are intended for senior executives, directors, and professionals with strategic accountability. You must be at least eighteen years old and have authority to bind your organisation when registering on its behalf. We may refuse or cancel enrolment where we reasonably believe attendance would be inappropriate or disruptive.
4. Enrolment and fees
Enrolment is confirmed upon written acceptance by the Academy and receipt of payment according to the invoice schedule. Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated. Goods and services tax applies where required. Prices may change for future cohorts; confirmed enrolments honour the price stated on the accepted quotation.
Late payment may result in suspension of access to materials or venues. Corporate purchase orders must reference the quotation number and agreed payment terms.
5. Cancellation, transfer, and refunds
Cancellation terms are specified in your enrolment confirmation. Generally:
- Transfers to a later cohort may be permitted with at least fourteen days' written notice, subject to seat availability;
- Cancellations within fourteen days of module start may forfeit fees because seats are limited;
- Corporate contracts may specify alternative terms signed by both parties;
- We may cancel or reschedule modules due to facilitator illness, venue unavailability, or force majeure, offering transfer or refund of fees paid for affected modules.
6. Certificates and accreditation
Participants who attend required modules receive a certificate of completion documenting contact hours and learning objectives. Certificates are not degrees, diplomas, or nationally accredited qualifications unless explicitly stated in a separate partnership agreement published on our website. The Academy makes no representation that certificates satisfy third-party licensing, academic credit, or subsidy requirements unless confirmed in writing for a specific programme.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials, slides, templates, branding, and website content are owned by the Academy or licensors. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for internal organisational purposes. Redistribution, public publication, or commercial resale without written consent is prohibited. Participants retain ownership of their own contributions during workshops but grant the Academy a licence to use anonymised insights for curriculum improvement.
8. Confidentiality
Participants may share confidential organisational information during workshops. Facilitators treat such information as confidential within the session unless disclosure is required by law. Participants agree not to attribute specific statements to named peers without permission. Chatham House rules may apply where announced at module start.
9. Conduct
Participants must behave professionally, respect facilitators and peers, and comply with venue rules at CapitaGreen or client premises. Harassment, recording without consent, or misuse of materials may result in removal without refund.
10. Website use
You may browse the website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, misuse contact forms, or impersonate the Academy. We may suspend access to protect the website and other users.
11. Disclaimers
Website content and seminar materials are provided "as is" without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. AI technology and regulation evolve rapidly; materials reflect understanding at delivery date and may not capture subsequent developments.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy and its directors, employees, and facilitators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or programme attendance, including lost profits or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment is limited to fees paid for that enrolment, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Academy against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of materials, or unlawful conduct during programmes, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
14. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA. Enrolment requires accurate information; you must promptly update changes affecting delivery or billing.
15. Third-party services
We may reference third-party tools, vendors, or regulators for illustration. We do not control third-party products and are not responsible for their performance. Referrals to implementation partners, if any, are disclosed in writing and constitute separate contractual relationships.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or telecommunications failures. We will use reasonable efforts to reschedule affected modules.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive relief elsewhere.
18. Severability and waiver
If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated where practicable. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.

13. Participant representations
You represent that information provided during registration is accurate, that you hold a senior role appropriate to programme content, and that you will not record or redistribute proprietary curriculum materials without written consent.
14. Corporate sponsors
Where your employer funds participation, additional terms in the corporate agreement prevail over conflicting general terms. Sponsors may receive anonymised completion statistics.
15. AI tool usage in sessions
Programmes may demonstrate ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or similar enterprise AI tools. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You agree not to rely on demonstrations as professional advice and to comply with your employer's acceptable use policies when practising exercises.
16. Confidentiality
Peer discussions may involve sensitive corporate contexts. Participants agree to treat cohort sharing as confidential unless information is explicitly public. We do not guarantee confidentiality of information you choose to disclose.
17. Rescheduling
We may substitute facilitators, adjust venues within the CBD, or move sessions online during disruptions. Material curriculum changes trigger notification with option to transfer registration.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify C-Suite AI Academy against claims arising from your misuse of materials, breach of conduct standards, or violation of third-party intellectual property in submitted capstone work.
19. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with one closest to original intent under Singapore law.
20. Assignment
We may assign rights under these terms to a successor entity in a corporate reorganisation with notice. You may not assign registration without our approval.
21. Notices
Formal notices to C-Suite AI Academy: legalcsuiteaiacademy.one or registered address. Notices to you: email provided at registration deemed received on next business day.
22. Survival
Provisions on intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of participation.
